How Do I Place An Order?​

When you decide which items you required, simply click 'add to order" and follow the prompt. If you have difficulty, please contact us.



Payment and Shipping

The shipping will be by International Air Priority Post, which is a tracked service. In some countries, couriers are the only option. I am happy to provide a quote before. In some cases, it is quicker using post. Some countries may charge customs duty for the knitwear if the value is over NZD$250.00.

Australian and New Zealand customers can pay via direct credit into our ANZ bank. Click here for details.

Returns & Refunds

All products are guaranteed and if you are not satisfied, contact us within seven days of the delivery date as notified by NZ Post and we will happily replace the item or issue a refund through the same process you paid.

Please note that we are unable to refund your return postage costs and all returns must be tracked, with the link emailed to us.  Any replacements or refunds will be processed once we receive the returned garments.
